I've been drinking ALOT

Day one of clen, took 1 tablet, i have the shakes pretty bad and my foot muscles seem to wnat to cramp but not so bad so far, 2 tabs tomorrow!

Okay i feel a shit for being thankful seeing previously unnamed Kingsman Alexander Green was the soldier to die in Iraq and not Danny :S Ugh

Thursday i went to see Luke Pickett, he was amazing, i wasn't sat anywhere near close enough, but i went over to talk to him afterwoulds, he's easy to talk to, cuter in person and gave me two mint hugs :)

I'm meant to be going out tonight but i really don't wnat to drink on my diet, and i hate to admit i can't have sober nights out :o

I'm waiting to hear back from my Clen supplier

My Birthday is coming up mid March and theres a dress i HAVE to look good in.

Could anybody reccomend emergency action, foods to avoid, what to cut down to, what to eat more of, excercises, excersie dvds?

My problem area for this dress is my tummy really however i just need to loose fat full stop!

Another thing. How annoying is it that on nights out it is practically impossible to get hold of healthy drinks. I can never find light lagers, or slimline tonics. I've just discovered the half sugar bacardi breezers but still thats only at the odd venue!
